This book is like a “roadmap” in the sense that it gives you the gravel and shovels to make a road, but no map to what I would call a strategy. Lots of details of tax rules and education procedures are inside, and in that sense it could serve as a supporting reference. Perhaps the book’s Appendix G was destined to become the “strategy” portion of the text, but it is unfortunate that this appendix did not get out of its draft stage before the book got printed.
I recommend going to places like [...]’s college savings center and get everything that this text offers, with more details and actual strategy and … dare I say it … better written sentences.
